Our Team
Arnold Murphy is an accomplished senior technology executive with over 25 years of experience in developing and managing solutions for companies in telecommunications, software and power electronics. The creation of SCTi was driven by Arnold's interest in leading companies to becoming more environmentally conscious through strategic measures employing clean technology that will enable them to develop a long term sustainable strategy. Arnold's experience in marketing and business management provides SCTi with the vision and leadership required to understand customer requirements and develop solutions appropriate to their needs. He holds a B. Comm from McMaster University and an MBA from Dalhousie University. Throughout his career Arnold has been an active volunteer, chairing business associations, a board member for a non-profit housing organization, and leading various Scout and youth sports teams.
Luke Connolly Luke Connolly has been in the telecommunications and IT industries for almost 25 years, with hands-on experience in all aspects of service development, deployment and operations. Having worked at companies such as Telesat, Bell Canada, Crosskeys and Atreus, he brings to SCTi a unique perspective balancing both business and technical issues. Luke was a key player in the launch of Bell's first business Internet service in 1993. This background helps SCTi deliver energy and capital savings recommendations that balance business objectives with technical realities.Luke has a Bachelor of Engineering Science (Electrical) from the University of Western Ontario.
Prasanna Siva brings to the team extensive knowledge and experince in test, measurement and automation. His startup experience includes an eight year tenure at Quake Technologies, a leader in 10 gigabit ethernet PHYs where he helped develop and implement high speed test methodologies and evaluation strategies in lab and production applications. He helped found MojaveNorth.com, a web applications development firm where he was in business development and operations. He rounds out his technical experience with a sound understanding of sustainabile business practices. His education includes an Electrical Engineering degree from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, a Bachelors in Science (Computer Science) from Dalhousie University, and a Green Business Management Certificate from Algonquin College.
